She is one of the very few people worldwide to hold all three IPMA Director-Level certifications: Project Management (2013), Portfolio Management (2018) and Programme Management (2023). As an IPMA Assessor (Level A, B and C) and IPMA Global Awards Assessor, she knows the certification process from both sides. Her coaching focuses on helping candidates present their project, programme and portfolio experience so that competence, responsibility, complexity and personal impact come through clearly.
